Program ER1

The candidates listed under are invited to start the ER1 course at the academy. You must report 16th November 2014 at 7:00 pm (1:00 pm local time) at the Maritime Academy. All the canidates must bring the following items with them.

1. Documents ( deploma , 8th grade examination certificate, kebele ID)
2. Clearance from the previous work
3. Personal staff ( cloth, personal hygiene material)
4. Stationary ( pen, notebook…)
5. Swimming suit

NEW AT EMTI – Engine Room Ratings Course

EMTI is currently conducting a program to train Level III vocationally qualified mechanics to become Engine Room Ratings. This is a new course. [The Academy already trains selected Ethiopian Mechanical Engineering Graduates as Marine Mechanical Engineers and Electro-Technical Officers in collaboration with the Bahir Dar University]. All graduates are employed by international shipping organizations from around the world.
